Auckland Airport is located 21 km from the hotel. Airport transfers can be arranged at Reception through a local shuttle service or taxi company. The nearest bus stop is at the top of Hobson St., near Victoria St.
Car Parking is available in the Wilson’s parking at 24 Mercury Lane which is a short walk to the hotel. This is a self-park service and guests may collect a parking ticket from reception at a cost of $35 per 24 hours.
Complimentary tea and coffee making facilities are available in your room. Tea & coffee supplies and milk are replenished on request.

Our hotel is a non-smoking and non-vaping property. A $200 cleaning fee will apply if it is necessary to sanitize a guest room after your stay.

Your co-operation in familiarising yourself with the nearest exit stairwell to your room and the assembly area is essential for an effective evacuation. If you are hearing impaired or have a physical disability, please advise the Manager on Duty on check in as you may require assistance evacuating. In the unlikely event that you discover a fire in the hotel, remain calm. • Activate the nearest fire alarm button or contact reception • Obey any announcements that may be made over the public address system. If the alarm is activated go to the nearest safe emergency exit and proceed as directed to the assembly area. • Do not use elevators under any circumstances. • If you encounter smoke, stay low to the ground and crawl to the nearest emergency exit. In the event of an earthquake, drop, cover & hold until the shaking stops. There is information for emergency procedures on the back of each room’s door to assist you. Please familiarize yourself with the Hotel’s evacuation procedures and emergency exits.
